1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Outreach ("the Service"), including our Chrome extension and web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Outreach is a music PR tracking tool that helps users manage and track their pitch outreach to media outlets, playlist curators, radio stations, and other music industry contacts. The Service includes a Chrome extension that integrates with Gmail and a web-based dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use Outreach, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing Plans

Outreach offers various subscription tiers with different features and limits. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4.4 Free Tier

The free tier includes limited features and usage quotas. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Upload malicious content or code

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Outreach and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service (such as pitch notes, contact information, and campaign data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail API) and Stripe (payments). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

We do not guarantee that using Outreach will result in successful media coverage, playlist placements, or any particular PR outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTREACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outreach and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature (when available).

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
